Our curiosity was aroused when we saw pallets of sheathing material distributed at even intervals around the building’s perimeter. This week those sheets of sheathing began to be applied to the exterior structure. As the sheets go up, the building’s character changes from cage-like to box-like. With temperatures struggling to climb very high these days, we welcome the arrival of sheathing season. (Try saying that ten times quickly.)
