New year, new us.
In 2016, we decided to start the year off right. Along with growth comes change and here at Georgetown Volkswagen, we’re all about adjusting to meet your needs. We are continuously trying to improve in every department and we’d like to thank you, our customers, for your patience and loyalty along the way.
As of February 1st, 2016 we have made some minor adjustments to our operating hours to improve availability for regular maintenance, diagnostic appointments, parts and everything in between! This change in hours has us opening earlier in the mornings to help you get on your way to work in a timely fashion. We now have more availability to take in diagnostic appointments to ensure your vehicle is fixed right the first time and fits your schedule. With earlier mornings, come earlier evenings, but fear not. Our customer experience team has been updated accordingly to be able to accept service drop offs, pick-ups, release rental vehicles and accept payment for your servicing during business hours.
We are also proud to welcome a new staff member this month to help us accommodate our changing hours and procedures here at the dealership. Please join us in welcoming Brayden Keeler to the team. Brayden is a Customer Specialist here at the dealership and along with co-ordinating service appointments, she will be a smiling face at the front desk whenever you come in. Welcome Brayden! We are excited to have you as part of the team.
